Many students of hypnosis also want to be able to facilitate past life regressions. Now you can learn this valuable skill from the author of this blog. Dr. Mary Lee LaBay has written two books on the topic and now has created her complete homestudy course. Learn all about it here:  //www.awarenessengineering.com/products/index.php?id_plc=1

My practice sessions are going very well. Since the completion of the
second course, I have had four sessions with clients. One of the things
that I have learned is that most people really do not know what to
expect about the experience. I have decided that some type of
introduction letter could be beneficial, with details about the ways
that a person’s first hypnosis session might be. Perhaps something that
quotes some of the ways people have explained their first time
experience, so that it is more comfortable. This might also help
allieviate some of the questions about whether someone has really gone
under or not. I realize the importance of not leading the client in any
way, but I think (unfortunately) people have some pretty odd
conceptions about it being more like entertainment and stage-like, in a
way where they won’t recall things.   …Niki Wright

I received a great question from one of the recent graduates - asking
about the steps in starting up business in the State of WA. Maybe
more of you are interested, so here is the response:
The State of WA actually does a “Registered Hypnotherapist”. The
designation of “licensed” is for professions that require a Board
exam.
You will get a Business license, not necessarily an LLC, as that is a
Limited Liability Corporation. You just need a business license that
allows you to operate a small business. I believe you do that through
the State of WA, Labor and Industries Office. I went into the office,
but I heard you can also apply online. You will also need a business
permit from your local city or township.
For professional liability insurance, go to
www.americanprofessional.com . On the front page you will see
hypnotist listed…go there…

Recent Students’ Comments: “Thank you so much for the training on Past Life Regression techniques.  It was a very powerful course.  The actual experience of being regressed was the most profound teaching of the weekend.  That, and the experience of facilitating someone’s regression.  In my own regressions there was much healing.  I came to the session feeling stressed and unbalanced, and went home in a peaceful and restored state.  I now know from personal experience how powerful the techniques of regression therapy are.  I am very excited to begin to use these techniques in my practice (therapy).
Thank you so much for doing this work and modeling it for us.  You are a fabulous teacher.  And you have the MOST hypnotic voice!”
